This protected preview is maintained as part of an academic research project on Chinese leadership diplomacy, elite politics, and foreign-exchange patterns. The archive is a structured, source-backed record of publicly disclosed official foreign exchanges by senior leaders of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) and the People's Republic of China (PRC). 本保護付きプレビューは、中国指導者の対外交流、エリート政治、外交活動のパターンを分析する学術研究プロジェクトの一部として運用しています。本アーカイブは、中国共産党および中華人民共和国の主要指導者による、公開された公式の対外交流を、典拠に基づいて体系的に整理した記録です。

Scope対象範囲

The public dataset registers 27 senior figures across 43 official roles, spanning the 18th, 19th, and 20th Party Congress periods (November 2012 to June 2026), and comprises 2,828 source-backed foreign-exchange records. The leadership tier is presented as the 20-person office-defined Apex-20 population. 公開データセットは、第18・19・20回党大会期（2012年11月〜2026年6月）にわたり、27名の指導者・高官と43の公式役職を登録し、典拠に基づく2,828件の対外交流記録で構成されています。最高指導層は役職定義に基づく Apex-20（20名）として表示します。

Purpose目的

Public reporting of Chinese leadership diplomacy is scattered across many ministries, party bodies, and media outlets. By organising it into consistent, source-backed records, the archive supports descriptive and comparative research across leaders, roles, periods, regions, and counterpart types. 中国指導者の外交に関する公開情報は、多くの省庁・党機関・報道機関に分散しています。本アーカイブは、これらを一貫した典拠付きの記録として整理することで、人物・役職・時期・地域・相手区分にまたがる記述的・比較的な研究を支えます。

Access status公開状況

The archive is currently under controlled access while companion academic manuscripts complete submission. Only a capped, summary-level preview is available, behind a manual access review. The full event-level database remains embargoed. 関連する学術論文の投稿が完了するまで、本アーカイブは限定公開としています。提供しているのは上限を設けた概要レベルのプレビューのみで、閲覧には個別審査を経た承認が必要です。イベント単位の完全版データベースは未公開です。

Independence独立性

The project is independent of any government, party, or institutional body. It documents the publicly enacted face of Chinese leadership diplomacy; it does not endorse, advocate, or editorialise, and it is not an official government database. 本プロジェクトは、いかなる政府・政党・機関からも独立しています。中国指導者の外交の公開された側面を記録するものであり、特定の立場を支持・推奨したり論評したりするものではなく、政府の公式データベースでもありません。
