Access to the protected preview is reviewed manually and may be limited to specific collaborators or reviewers. It is appropriate for academic researchers, policy analysts at research institutes, and editorial reviewers or institutions evaluating the project. 保護付きプレビューの閲覧権限は個別に審査し、特定の共同研究者や査読者に限定する場合があります。研究者、研究機関の政策アナリスト、プロジェクトを評価する編集・査読関係者の方を主な対象としています。

How to request申請方法

To request access to the protected preview, please email hello@tsuchiyatakahiro.com with your name, affiliation, and intended research or review purpose. Access is manually reviewed and may be limited to specific collaborators or reviewers. 保護付きプレビューの閲覧を希望される方は、氏名、所属、確認・研究目的を明記のうえ、hello@tsuchiyatakahiro.com までご連絡ください。閲覧権限は個別に確認したうえで付与します。

What approved access provides承認後に閲覧できる内容

Approved access provides a read-only, summary-level preview: a leader directory with per-leader summaries, coverage indicators by region and counterpart type, and a small number of representative events with their published source links. The full database is not available for download at this stage, and the full event-level database remains embargoed. 承認後に閲覧できるのは、読み取り専用・概要レベルのプレビューです。人物別の概要を備えた一覧、地域別・相手区分別のカバレッジ指標、代表的なイベントの抜粋（公開された典拠リンク付き）を確認できます。現段階では完全版データベースのダウンロードは提供しておらず、イベント単位の完全版は未公開です。

Future release今後の公開

A full public release, with a long-term archival deposit and a citable identifier, is planned to follow acceptance of the companion academic papers. 完全版の一般公開は、長期保存リポジトリへの登録と引用可能な識別子の付与を伴う形で、関連する学術論文の採択後に行う予定です。
